| And you can spend the time and switch them all...
Photobucket has a limit of 1 MB uploads, which isn't too bad, seeing that my D70 takes pictures around 2.5MB which just means I need to resize them... and if people want the originals have them PM or email you and you can get them. It would save us tons of time... just an idea... but I can't wait to see those pictures guys...

| I've directly loaded images over 5mb in size and no problems. They even have a handy toolbar to quickly upload images. Plus a new feature is you can upload multiple images at once, just b4 dinner I set it to upload 18 pics and when I fin supper it was finished. | |

| I just hate going to multiple sites with different logins to post images. Plus I didn't have much time to upload images today so I just used the gallery. I think I'll stick to facebook and just post them on there, and if people want the full size images I'll email them. My subtle way of making people join our facebook group. | |

| Chris and Ryan. Donovan couldn't make it. They got to our base about the same time as the other 4 attackers so I'm not sure how far they could have walked if they all started at the same time. | |

| Shoot. I knew that Donovan sounded wrong.
They said they walked to a ridge where they could see a lake with a dock and jungle swing. That dock is inside the bay where that little penisula is. They said they waled all the way to the end of the road (the road if you go right at the mill site) which is a long way down there. From all the land marks they described they walked a very long way.

| I don't think they walked right to the Lake, or along the shore of the lake so they may have only made it to the smaller road along the top of the ridge. What's the scale on the map? | |

| Well, according to the measurement tool, it was a 3.3km+ walk the round trip, from Gravel pit, to Lumber Mill, to down the road, to the lake, along it, back to the small road, and then back to the gravel pit. What a journey!

Bah, sorry about that. I do have some Magpuls left. Plus there is always next MilSim, which will hopefully be bigger, thus more coordinated and bigger prizes. I like the idea of awards. This was the first try and it was far from perfect but it showed that it held potential. A more organized prize structure might make better sense next time, ie ghillie gear for marksmen, magpuls or rail covers for tactical players, gloves, goggles, gear for everything else. Frag, you missed out on getting some rail armor. I still have a ton kicking around, always next time -Doug

| Oh well next milsim all have my bb claymore built, including the ver2 which is set off by motion(no tripwire) and I have a couple of ideas for long range delivery.... and some landmines should also be made by then. | |
