Greetings ppl! I'm somewhat interested in airsoft, I've seen your display at the last gun show and Brad from Practical Tact. says I should give it a try. Looks like fun, used to paintball in my high school dayz, and while I was on the Island this summer I played outdoor lazer tag a lot. The only problem if I start doing it I'll have to buy 3 guns right away because I have 2 boys that will want to join too. I'm a avid PC Gamer, we have 3 game pc's in the house all networked together and the three of us play Battlefield online together a lot. Moving to the outdoors would be fun. My boys and I already have camo, just need some arms I guess.



Anyway, that's my intro. Nice forum! I love the layout.

Welcome! Always nice to see an interested party! Your best bet would be to come out to a game and try it out!

Ya, we'll have to clear it with ... Lieutenant Mom! LOL! I can go but we'll see if my boys can too.

How old are your boys?

After reading the FAQ's only one might be able to play 11 & 13, both have paintballed and both are in cadets. One Army and the other Navy League(Jr Sea Cadet)

I know that most airsoft fields around BC require the kids to be 16 to play although they have to be 18 to purchase or own airsoft guns. I believe that NIA rules require a player to be 16. Talk to Dave (Horton's Heroes) and see what he says.

Oh well they may have to wait, or we will stick to paintballing, my thinking was my bdu's wouldn't get wrecked as bad doing airsoft.

Thanks, for us chairsofters, this is all we got for most of the year

Even if you do go the PB route, keep us in mind for when the kids get a bit older. We would love to have some family involvement.

I still may give er a try, Brad has been offering to lend me his second whep to see if I like it. As for the forum, I run 3 of them so I know how much work goes into them. I also go a lot of graphics so if thre are any banners or ... crests (i know i'm late!) I can come up with some neat shoit.

Feel free to post stuff and what not, we are pretty open to ideas and changes here, this site has evolved quite abit over the past few years.
