March 10--BOOT CAMP

Other: Playin' in any condition, rain snow, sleet...etc.
-Pack a lunch and water
-BARREL BAGS REQUIRED
-wear proper eye wear-sealed paintball or ballistic goggles

-Contact me or Hortons Heres if you would like to help or run any part of the day
-Players need to be over 18 or 16 with parental consent.
-Read club rules before arriving

Joe is going to do his best to whip us into shape by teaching us the theory and then running drills for the following subjects. Be aware that there will be some sit down time to start with so we are all speaking the same language, bring enough clothes to sit and listen without freezing up.

The big idea behind all of this is how to work together as a basic team of two. With the basics on two man fire teams we can build into larger groups.

I should note that these boot camp days will eventaully become a requirement to attending longer games.

This is cheap training from a professional so post here if you are able to make it or not. We could possibly move weekends if that works better from some.

can players give me a coming or not coming so we have an idea before the day comes.

Crap, I'm out too. Amanda has a skating carnival or something that she wants me to take her to. The 17th won't work for me either as I have a hockey tournament.

I'll have to try to catch a bootcamp at a later date.

no worries guys...I understand if you can't make it for finances or other engagements.

For those considering coming or not, this is a rare chance to learn the skills needed to really apprehaite the milsim side of airsoft. Learning group skills instead of going alone or running and shooting with no plan or direction.

If you are saying "I've played for a long time I don't need this" in paintball or airsoft you are arrogant. Everyone can always use a refresher and the fact is that our group has not proven themselves profeciant in this "pepper potting" technique. Some have the knowledge but not the experience with others.

New or old to airsoft it doesn't really matter, this could be your first day out. EVERYONE IS WELCOME and there are still some rentals available. Full gear is not needed but a gun is for the day. Anyhoot, just trying to get more people out so we can actually use the stuff that we learn. Looking forward to this day and hope to see you out.

Both rentals are taken....I have springers but you have more AEG's than most stores in Canada right now. If you need a gun I might be able to drum one up.

my c8 is out of service right now so i'm one short...but right now i'm only asking cuz imay be able to get more pple to come

I sent you a PM, if there is anyone else out there who is willing to rent guns it's an easy way to pay for another mag or two...

Darn it, I would really like to attend, will another be held later this summer? Also, does the previous training course we held a year back still count?
