My name is Matt and I'm from the Quesnel area. I'm an airsoft nub with some pb experience. I'm putting together kit atm and I'm looking forward to attending a game soon!

I'm looking at full cadpat with a good vest. I have swats and tac gloves already as well as ballistic glasses and a couple of pistol holsters.. As far as guns go I was going to go with 2 GBB (https://www.buyairsoft.ca/pistols/skeleton-sidearms-ss226.html and https://www.buyairsoft.ca/rifles/gas/kjw-m4-gas-blowback-rifle.html) though I'm still looking around. I might go electric as it's cheaper to charge em up than it is to keep buying green gas. ")

Any and all input is welcomed as I'm still a wee directionless ") Kid in a candy store kind of thing. ..

I have no doubt Campbell ") Ninja's always evade me, pink hair or no ")

I would personally stay away from the Skeleton Sidearms P226 there. There's been a lot of people saying that O rings on the mags leak REALLY quickly. If you don't have an AEG yet, I highly suggest getting one before picking up anything gas powered. Less fuss.

I wonder if that's just cheap o-rings.. I'll look into that for sure PC ") Any recommendations as to brand of AEG that I should look for? I like the look of G&G but I'd appreciate suggestions

As far as rifles I'm partial to the m4 though I have softspots for the Scar and mp5. For pistols I like SS and Glock.

If your going to go M4. I would probably suggest either Classic Army or ICS. G&G is alright but if you want something a bit more reliable I would personally go with one of the brands I just mentioned. As for a Sig Sauer or Glock, I would personally go with anything made by KJW. They seem to be fairly good with their GBB's.

It looks like KJW has a 226 ") https://www.buyairsoft.ca/pistols/gas/kjw-p226.html ") I've found a couple of rifles that I think fit my budget but I'm not into the whole clear receiver thing. Are there any local over-the-counter sales in PG? I'll be up there today and tomorrow so I'll be able to check 'em out if there are. Thanks again for all the help ")

Practical Tactical (you can find his info in the for sale section) stocks some guns. If you are over 18 I can verify you for www.airsoftcanada.com and there are 20 pages of used well priced guns on there. I would strongly say wait and don't buy from buyairsoft.ca. Their prices are really high.

I have an AK-47 http://snowflakesinhell.com/blogpics/ak-74/hires/ak-74-bayonet.jpg similar to this for around $200 right now. It's a cyma.

PostSubject: Break-up's-a-comin'!!   Bizkilter EmptySun 16 Jan 2011, 12:00 am

6 tp 8 weeks left until I'm off on a 2 month break! We're going hard at work until then so I won't be able to game at all but I should have just about everything I'll need to play by then. I ordered a KJW P226 and it should be here in a week or so and I think I'll wait on getting a rifle until I check a few of them out (sound advice Dave "). I'm still hung up on camo atm but by the time I'm good to go I should have at least a workable set.
